Finland

Finland celebrates its independence day 6th December. This is my only ´patriotic´ painting which I made under independence day celebrations. Woman wears my home place´s folk dress. She holds flag of Finland and above her right shoulder is Finland´s coat of arms. The spruce is just a decoration, which is not so uncommon when remembering that on the beginning of Dezember people are already planning to have a Christmas tree.
